Fall 2006 Commencement & Graduate Information Announced

TAHLEQUAH - NSU's 2006 Fall Commencement ceremony will take place on Saturday, December 16, at Jack Dobbins Field House on the Tahlequah campus. Ceremony times are:

9:00 a.m. College of Business and Technology

11:30 a.m. College of Liberal Arts College of Science and Health Professions

2:00 p.m. College of Education

Seating and Tickets (New This Year)

The graduates and faculty in the Fall 2006 Commencement Ceremonies will be seated on the field house floor.

Graduates will be assigned 6 tickets for their guests to sit in the Jack Dobbins Field House. Tickets must be picked up at one of the following campus locations BEFORE THE DAY OF THE EVENT:

Tahlequah Campus - Office of Admissions and Records (Lower level of Administration Building)
Muskogee Campus - Front Office in Administration Building
Broken Arrow Campus - Student Service Area in Building A - Room 130.

If you have questions regarding the tickets or other items, call 918-456-5511, ext. 2200. Tickets cannot be picked up at the door on the day of the event.

All guests who want to sit in Jack Dobbins Field House must present a ticket at the main entrance on the south side of the building. Other family and friends without tickets will be escorted to the Net Auditorium or Center for Performing Arts where the ceremonies will be transmitted live.

Doors will open for ticket entry into the field house 30 minutes before the scheduled start time for each ceremony. Please do not come earlier and have to endure the cold weather outside.
